# Valid actions (assets/actions/*.yaml -- override at ~/.kdeps/actions/*.yaml):
# compact summarize older history into a checkpoint
# truncate shorten oversized content to a budget, marking what was cut
# reject refuse an operation that exceeds a size limit
# block refuse further distinct tool calls once a budget is spent
# drop_oldest drop the oldest entries from a growing collection
# cap bound a collection to a fixed count while building it
# force_answer end the tool loop and force a final text answer
# fail_task escalate and eventually close a stalled goal-directed task
# fail_handshake end a session-integrity handshake challenge as failed
# accept_last accept the last judge-panel response once the budget is spent
# Fires the same "compact" action as auto-compact -- fold is a tighter,
# more frequent cadence for triggering it, not a separate lighter mechanism.
